Refunds/Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics.

Shipping Returns

  • Please contact us at orders@bellemondebeauty.com to advise details of your reason for refund/return and to request a shipping return label.
  • We will email you the shipping return label

Sendle Returns Instructions:

  1. Print your return label
  2. Prepare your parcel - make sure everything is packed (in original packaging where possible) and closed securely   
  3. Drop off your parcel at any drop off point from Sendle’s national network of locations.

Australia Post Returns Instructions:

  1. Prepare your parcel - make sure everything is packed (in original packaging where possible) and closed securely
  2. Print your label (or take to Aus Post to print using QR code)
  3. Attach to parcel
  4. Return to an Australia Post Office or drop into a street posting box.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@bellemondebeauty.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
