Postage is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your parcel.
Delivery Providers
We ship within Australia and internationally via Sendle, with Australia Post used for regional and remote areas. You will be advised which carrier is handling your order at dispatch.

Delivery Address Requirements
Sendle delivers door-to-door and requires a physical street address. Parcels are left with Authority to Leave — simply note your preferred drop-off spot in the delivery instructions.
Please note: Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post–owned properties including post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, or parcel collect locations. If you need delivery to one of these, please select Australia Post shipping at checkout.
Sendle can also deliver to alternative locations such as a workplace — just add the details in your delivery instructions.
Tracking Your Order
If you provide your email address at checkout, Sendle will send your tracking number directly to your inbox.
If you checked out without an email address, you can still track your parcel:

- Visit try.sendle.com/tracking and enter your unique tracking code.
