Delivery Providers

Belle Monde Beauty Pty Ltd uses Sendle for local shipping within Australia.
We use Sendle because:

• Sendle automatically offsets its carbon emissions to provide 100% carbon neutral delivery.
• All 250g parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave—no signature, no waiting around.
• All parcels are automatically provided with tracking

A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries

Sendle specialise in door-to-door delivery, which is why they need a physical street address. Parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave—so you do not need to be around to sign for your order. Just make a note in the delivery instructions if you have a spot where you’d like it to be left.

Please Note:

Sendle can’t deliver to Australia Post owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

If you require your order to be delivered to an Australia Post-owned property (PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations), please select Aus Post shipping when finalising your order.

Sendle can deliver to other delivery locations if you would prefer that to home delivery.

Tracking your order

If you include your email address when you order you will be provided with a tracking number by Sendle.  Go to https://try.sendle.com/tracking and use your tracking code to check the delivery status of your order.

However, if you don’t include your email address on the order, you can still track the parcel through a simplified tracking page using a reference number you can request from us:

1. Contact orders@bellemondebeauty.com to request the Sendle tracking code for your order

2. Go to 
https://try.sendle.com/tracking and enter this unique tracking code.

Belle Monde Beauty uses Australia Post for regional and remote area shipping.

We will advise you if your order has been sent via Sendle or Australia Post.
